Subject: [Tweeters] Bird Bands

Sorry to bring this up again, but can someone send me the email address for reporting birds with legs bands? My sister saw a Peregrine Falcon at Ocean Shores today with what appears to be a black or gray band on the left leg. She has photos, although none show a number, but they do show the band. Does anyone know who is studying them in this area? Thanks for any help. Please submit info to me off-line.
