Yesterday at Magnuson Park, heard a FOY Greater Yellowlegs, on the NOAA
grounds. A Barn Owl early in the meadows plus Wilson's Snipe (at least
7) in several meadows. A possible Green-winged X Common Teal was seen on
the ponds (photo available). This bird was also seen on the monthly
survey, last Saturday. A Caspian Tern was seen on the swim platform;
also seen last Tuesday. 5 grebes; Red-necked (2), Eared (1) and Horned
(2) all in breeding plumage. Also, Common Loon well out in the lake.
