This morning at about 0700 I had a probable adult Black-headed Gull fly
west past PNP. It was with a flock of Bonaparte Gull and was obviously larger.
It had a black/dark hood and looked like a Bonaparte, except for the
larger size and the mostly black underwing primaries. I did not get a good look
at the bill.
I have not seen the bird since but rain showers have made viewing
difficult. There are also several thousand Bonaparte's to sort through.
