Hello Tweeters,
I took some Photos of a very cooperated Bald Eagle, letting me taken lot's
of photos last week on the boardwalk in Nisqually on a so windy day. Also of
the 2 Mallard Ducks, even so is only a Mallard, but it is photographed in my
yard and a first of such occasion. And Than there is the Juvenile PARASITIC
Jaeger in Tokeland on September 2008 who got picked by Kenn Kaufman's for
his New book
"Field Guide to Advanced Birding"This bird was not chasing Gulls and was
out of the water (it is easier to ID the Jaegers in flight chasing after a
gull taken there catch. It was on a Seattle Fieldtrip, and I am so proud that
I was the one who ID this bird. and so thankful to my Son Patrick, who always
encouraged me learning the Sea birds.

This is a great book,so even so I have his Advanced Birding,a Peterson Field
Guides,Text and Illustration by Kenn Kaufman
I learned that one must own more than one bird book, and this book is well
written on some of the harder birds to learning.
Kenn devoted 16 pages on the Jaegers in great details with 21 photos and 10
Illustration.It is a Smaller Fieldguide 7.1/2 by 5 inches with 448
Pages,the price is a amazing $ 21.00

Cheers Ruth Sullivan
