Hey Tweets...In my continuing saga of shorebirds arriving, I can only report
what I see and the reports you send in, so the plovers may have been here
earlier, just not within my view. At the Taurus access I found 16
Semipalmated Plovers sharing the sand with the Sanderlings, a few Caspian
Terns and miscellaneous gulls. There were 23 Marbled Godwits up the beach a
ways, and a rude dog chasing them around.
