Ms. Wieland, I am truly sorry I called you out in error. In fact, I was
reading Mr. Brown's post where he categorized my actions as overblown and in
response to a sole incident.

Thank you Ms. Wieland. I wish there were more people like you out there.
Not only did you read my post on your blog, you were very kind and
thoughtful to post it on this email thread.

Again, I am very sorry I mis-identified you as being critical and I thank
you for being so thoughtful. I am very new to this mailing list and it
seems as though I won't be on here long enough to fully figure all of this
out.

I hope that one day I will run in to a birder such as yourself.

Thank you again. None of my intent with any of this was to be directed at
you or anyone similar. I am only addressing people which could use some
self reflection as they are giving birders a bad name.
