My curiousity has got the best of me today so I thought I would as the collective wisdon on this site how one gets a bird added to a NWR official list. Jerry Swena and I had a Swainson's Hawk at Ridgefield NWR this afternoon. It is not on the official list. We had it perched, flying and soaring and the markings were quite clear. Please contact me offlist for instructions if any documentation is needed.
