It?s been fun staying home more this year and seeing each new arrival in the yard. Today it was a bright looking Lincoln?s Sparrow playing hard to see along the creek.

The other day a Pileated Woodpecker landed in, hung onto, a pine tree not much bigger than himself and put on a little show for me to practice my video on. They can sometimes be a little clownish.
