Subject: [Tweeters] big lens photographers, again

Hi Tweets

In my experience through the the 1980's and 1990's, as the leader of many
field-trips where i saw their behavior first-hand, big-lens photographers
behaved disgracefully about 80% of the time. So I will not accept
revisionist history in this matter. Whether panicking shorebirds, or owls,
or gulls or anything else for that full-frame shot, nothing seemed beyond
their scruples, and I doubt that their scruples have improved in the
interim. They are a group which needs to be put on a tight leash until they
can show they can behave responsibly.
