I see that you saw a Swanison's Hawk at the Ridegfield NWR. I am
responsible for recording the sightings there at the refuge and then putting
them on the web at www.ridgefieldfriends.org/bird-sightings.php. Your
sighting is an interesting and rare sighting at the refuge. Could you give
me the location and the day/time that you saw it. It would help us
immensely.
