Brien Meilleur and I spent several hours on this rainy, cold morning at Stillwater. No Bank Swallows, but we did see one Willow Flycatcher, four Greater Yellowlegs, and heard several "whit" calls of the Swainson's Thrush in various locations. My first of the year in 2010 was on April 23 along Bear Creek in Redmond, so the timing is right.
