Hi Tweeters,

We have recently had frequent visits by Red Crossbills to our yard on
Whidbey Island, where several large Douglas Fir trees produced an
abundance of cones last year.
Today, my husband, Craig, photographed an adult pair with two
juveniles. He posted a few photos and a short video clip of them on
our website.
