This will work especially well for Puget Sound residents since we have a radar centered over us now - I was just checking the forecast (11 pm 4-30) for Seattle tomorrow, and noticed that the current radar was ablaze with green "precipitation" though it won't rain at all tonight! ?Here's some more info for those who want to see this better:

- Go to: ? www.wunderground.com ? ? ? and type in your city, for example, Seattle, WA.
- Then click on the radar and notice all the green!
- To see the direction of the "precipitation" you can first animate the map - click on "Animate Map" above the map on the left side. ?
- Then click on "Select Radar Type" and select the upper of the two "Base Radial Velocity" choices. ?
- This shows you that to the south of the radar, the "precipitation", which is actually birds, is moving towards the radar at 10-20 knots, and to the north of the radar, the birds are moving away from the radar at the same rates.

So, migration may have been dragging its heels this year, but it looks like the nice weather is changing that, so you should get out tomorrow and see what dropped in your area!
