Hi Tweets,

Sunday is the last day to see "The Owl and The Woodpecker" exhibit the Burke
Museum http://www.burkemuseum.org/owl_woodpecker/about.php
For those who have not seen it, I encourage you to check it out.

You will see many photos from my first book, some new ones and remarkable
items from the Burke's collections. Included is a comparative display of the
actual wings of every owl and woodpecker species, a preserved Ivory Billed
Woodpecker and many stuffed owls and woodpeckers perched throughout. The
Burke's talented educator Diane Quinn integrated educational elements that
will involve kids and families.

Nature recording genious Martyn Stewart's audio helps set the mood, while
the gifted designer Andrew Whiteman, did a fantastic job of making the
photos look their best and creating an incredibly inviting setting.

If you miss this exhibit before it moves on to other North American cities,
you may have an opportunity to see the smaller state-wide exhibit that will
be traveling to all parts of the state.

You can find more info on both at

Let me know what you think!

Paul
