yesterday w/ the BLACK BELLIED PLOVERS were 6 SHORT BILLED DOWITCHERS, 1 RED KNOT + 1 MARBLED GODWIT-i have seen the MAGO before but not last year ( 2 BAR TAILED GODWITS-AUG17-19 + SEPT11)---as well there were ~20 CASPIAN TERNS, 1 JUVENILE--- 4 of them had bands-2 right leg + 1 left leg----3 had yellow right + white or yellow left+ 1 had orange right + yellow left. any one know of their origin???-lots of GBH + PIGEON GUILLEMOTS( large breeding colony on cliffs oN south mission beach + north of HERMOSA POINT) around the bay---3 -4 BELTED KINGFISHERS on or near our dock. GOLDEN PLOVER from 2 days ago not present.
