Hi Tweets,

In David Rogers Park on N. Queen Anne, this morning about 11:30 AM, we were watching a vocalizing, banded (blue right leg, silver left leg) immature Coopers Hawk when an adult flew into a nearby maple tree. The juvie flew toward the adult who immediately flew away dropping something from its talons. The juvie followed the object to the ground and mantled over it, then flew off with the object.
