I got this, along with a photo of what certainly seems like a Least Flycatcher (confirmed by Kevin Aanerud), from John Sproul:
"Heading toward Snoqualmie Falls on Mill Pond Rd find a large turnout to the left (the only such along that road). The bird was in the shrubbery bordering the pond but was seen only after exiting the vehicle and advancing down the short bank (there's an entrance of sorts) to the pond and looking to the left. Its flight was typical flycatcher, best described as "get outta Dodge quick" but did manage to briefly light at distance beyond any reasonable expectation of an image. I managed 3 frames, the one you have, #3. Fortunately, focus and IS came thru, and altho the image suffers from low pixel count, it's OK (barely) for ID purpose. It was sighted at 1600? h on Monday, August 15, 2011."
