I don't know if the Puget Sound Birdfest at Edmonds on Sep 9-11 has been publicized on tweeters or not.

I will be giving a lecture there on Friday evening. I figured everyone was tired of hearing about shorebirds and dragonflies, so I will be talking about some of the changes in bird life that have taken place in the Puget Sound area in the past century (no, I'm not that old, but there are publications).
