Subject: [Tweeters] Hoquiam Sewage Treatment Plant

Following a tip from Randy Hill, I dropped by the Hoquiam STP. They are
working on it so it's entirely drained and is almost entirely mud. Couldn't
find anything other than WESTERN and LEAST SANDPIPERS, KILLDEER, and
SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS but large numbers of all of them, especially Least.
It's worth checking out as migration continues.
