Those of you serious about tracking down all the breeding birds in
North America know that this Ringed Plover is one of the most
difficult ones to bag. Perhaps even number two.

Budget Rental Car is currently offering a one day, one way rental to
Sacramento for $50. The lagoons open at 7AM and its a 12 hour drive
from Sea Tac.
