I would think the state statutes (which form the basis for the USGS) maps, would be more reliable and more
"primary" than county tax assessment records (which form the basis for county "ownership" records). Let's
see what John Stark comes up with. I think we are having far to much fun with this to leave it to mere chain
of authority. How about naming the rocks as their own entity? Surely neither county government really
cares.
