Looks like the start of migration for the Vaux's Swifts in the PNW.
You can get a close look at a lot of them at,

Selleck had 600 and Old Northern State hosted over a thousand last
night. Vaux's Happening needs observers at both those sites and Fort
Lewis this migration. Step right up. It will do you good to do
something good.
