I just received a phone call from Carolyn Barry, asking me to alert Tweeters that she has a Snowy Owl across the street from her house,?ON HER NEIGHBOR's ROOF!? Pretty high for a Snowy.? The address is 4981 NE Canal in Driftwood Key, just a little west and south of Hansville in northern Kitsap County.
