I have posted on Flickr a recent photo showing Bradley Lake Tufted duck
close to a Ring Necked male as both pop up from a dive. Pale blue, rather
spatulate bill and different "shoulder" marking are distinctive on Tufted duck
and tuft is visible, but faint. Angle of sun created reddish iridescence
on the head, which is more round than that of Ring Neck fellow.
