Tweeters, The Black Phoebe was still present late this afternoon at 288th St. NW and Copper Way NW in NE Stanwood. Today I observed it for the first time in the field just south and across the street from the two ponds and then flying east 100 yards to the "park". As with every other time I have seen this bird, I immediately noted the bird's presence by it's nearly constant "chip" or "pip" call. Michael WillisonStanwood
