Like Diane Moore I would also encourage you to attend one of Connie's upcoming readings from her new book, Second Nature. As I learned at her book reading last month, you too might find out how Connie Sidles came to be known as the new super hero Bird Lady who fights for truth, justice and the environmental way. Was she bitten by a radioactive spider or did she earn her super powers in a more natural way? Or maybe Connie will amaze you with her calculations of how many worms the gulls at the Fill's play field eat in a month. Hint: more than one million! Or she might tell you the story of Mr Hissy versus her husband John as they battle for territory at East Point. Who wins?

If you let Connie take you away to her favorite place on earth, you just won't know what you might find there.
