hi Tweets -
I was out at Ocean Shores along with lots of others today -- turned out to be beautiful and even sunny for much of the day.
Highlights:
Emperor Goose - seen around 12:30 south of Perch St., where Ryan & Tracey said it would be.
King Eider - still present, south/west of Damon Point [seen ~1:00pm]
Snowy Owls -- I saw 3 in a brief trip down Damon Point, others mentioned seeing 9.
Short-eared Owl - one on Damon Point [~8:00am]
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher - across Marine Dr. from the entrance/parking area for Damon Point [~1:30pm]
Palm Warbler - same place where it was reported yesterday, alongside the short remnant of the old entrance road [seen around noon]
Rock Sandpipers - several at the base of the jetty, along with Black Turnstones & Surfbirds

Awfully good day, all told.
