The WOS Web site maintains a list of Christmas Bird Counts around the
state, which includes the date of the count and contact information for
the coordinator of that count.

There are at least two Jan. 2nd counts (Omak/Okanogan and Spokane).
There are also at least five Jan. 1st counts (Cowlitz, Hood River,
Kent/Auburn, Skagit Bay, and Wenatchee).
