Consider OAT.? They are very inexpensive and go to all the right places.? Leaders are great.? Only problem is that many of your fellow travelers will not even have binocs and will complain every time you want to stop fora bird.? A few birding couples together would be enough to redirect the trip toward more birding.? Otherwise just rent a car and use a local guide when available.? You'll see a lot of birds.
