I was wondering if someone could suggest what bird I saw at Nisqually Delta about two weeks ago.? It was small, sparrow sized, and had a very bright orange crown on its head.? The feathers were shades of olive and very pretty.? It was pecking among the leaves along the side of the boardwalk in the wooded area.? I thought it might be an orange crowned warbler, but there are no pictures of one with such a distinctive bright orange patch on its head.? Any suggestions?
