This picture reminds me of a question I've asked myself about Blue Herons.? Are the near sited?? Given the way they hunt and fish it would seem normal for them to see things better very close up.? To me this wonderful picture show the ever curious Heron creeping up on the owl for a better look, a behavior I often notice in my interactions with them.?
