The Ballard Blog is reporting (with a photo) a Snowy Owl perched on the roof of the church across the street from the Ballard Library this morning(12/29/11). This is of course just a few blocks away from our house and I, of course, am at work. Lets hope it stays in the neighborhood for a few more hours. Thanks to Jen Newcomb who emailed me from her holiday on the East Coast for this neighborhood sighting.
