At about 12:45 PM today (Saturday), while walking back from about two miles
on Dungeness Spit, my husband and I saw two adult Emperor Geese flying less
than 100 feet from us, parallel to the spit. They soon crossed over the
spit and flew low in Dungeness Bay toward the mainland.



Although the Snowy was reportedly seen at two miles on Friday, we did not
see it during our walk.
