Hello, folks!



I'm a lapsed birder. I have a life list of just under 300, mostly from
Southern California. I've only birded once since moving to Everett, WA, six
years ago.



The reports of snowy owls in the area have given me the urge to go out
again. I'd like to hit a few local places, and will probably check out
Spencer island and/or North Creek Park on Monday or Tuesday. I'd like to see
snowy owls, but don't want to take the ferry to Whidbey Island. Can anybody
suggest a spot not far from south Everett where I might be able to spot
them?
