To support and park at NWR only: the $15 Duck stamp.

Issued each year in July and good for a year.

If you don't plan on using the National Parks service it's cheaper than the passports.

But it's a good one to buy just to support the FWS NWR system directly: "For every $15 stamp sold, the federal government retains $14.70 for wetlands acquisition and conservation, so very little gets lost in the system for overhead"

You can buy then a some post-offices; NWRs (like Nisqually); huntin' and fishin' stores; online from the USPS and duckstamp.com.
