Hi,



A neighbor called me earlier today to ask if I knew anything about an
ongoing raptor study. She recently saw a raptor perched on a power pole
that had a wing tag with a large number 15 on it. She thinks the tag was
blue, but could be mistaken. The location was at the intersection of
Country Lane and Hoff Road, just northwest of Bellingham.



Do you know anything about such a study?
