Based on many photos I compared these to, and based on a little
experience I have had seeing Prairie Falcons, my semi-educated guess
and general sense of this, is that this is a Prairie Falcon - size,
shape and light-brownish coloration.

Thanks for sharing those nice photos - most likely, someone in the
know will respond with conclusive evidence that points to this Best-
Moore bird's true identity!
