This is for those of you who like to know what's being seen at LSSP: Stan and I saw a Green Heron along Issaquah Creek in the southeast corner of the Park near the Microsoft campus. We also saw a Hermit Thrush and a Red-breasted Sapsucker along the forest edge of the smaller parking area to the right of the main entrance. The Sapsucker was tending the multitude of sap wells in it's favorite pine tree. Lastly, we saw a Thayer's Gull and 10 Dunlin on the sandy point that can be seen from the east beach.
