Hi Tweeters and Portland area birders,

Bob Flores just called me to tell me that there a BARNACLE GOOSE that is
being seen at Ridgefield NWR refuge right now (10:35am). It is on Rest Lake
fairly close to the three oak trees just before the dog leg on the auto tour
loop. This is second hand news that Bob forwarded to me. It apparently has
a National Fish and Wildlife band on it.
