Greetings,
Friday morning braving single digit temps, I went to watch my local eagle nest. I was rewarded with the resident eagles both feeding, mating and bringing material to the nest. As I was leaving I saw a strange undulating mass swimming against the outgoing tide. A trio of River Otters were swimming from the open waters of the Puget Sound back to the Chambers Creek dam and Canyon. I also photographed a pair of American Coot males fighting.
