Gonna echo Gary Smith. In the 1970's, I had a Basic-plumaged Caspian Tern
flying over Coal Harbor here in Vancouver BC in December. With that honkin'
big red bill, unmistakable. Rejected by the local committee, of course, but
that's how things are usually done in Vancouver BC.
