Hi Jim and Tweets,

While the official compilation for the Seattle CBC yesterday hasn't been
completed (still have some outstanding data sheets) we do have preliminary
results from the Grand Tally at the potluck last night: 117 species with two
additional count week birds (as of yet), which is three fewer than normal
but likely to climb as we get additional data in.

The most unusual were WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS reported in four locations
within the count circle: Woodland Park Zoo, Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Queen
Anne, Yarrow Bay (Kirkland) and West Seattle (with an additional "count
week" bird visiting a feeder in north Seattle). TRUMPETER SWANS were
reported in two locations and TUNDRA SWANS were seen during count week.
Interestingly, no CEDAR WAXWINGS were reported.

We will share a more thorough report once it is ready.
