Magnificent HARLAN'S HAWK continues to be seen at Ridgefield NWR on Columbia River lowlands of Clark County. Almost coal black bird, with some white touches, sitting on roadside post near turn by Marker #13, as it often is, around 11 a.m. today (1/7/11).
