While up in the Skagit Flats last week, we commented on the photographers. For the most part, they seemed to be younger than many of the folks I run into who use binoculars and/or scopes. And anything that can get younger folks into birding is ok by me. For the most part, they were knowledgeable, willing to share what they were seeing, interested in other places to bird etc. Those are all things that I think of as Good Birding behavior.
