Subject: [Tweeters] Can you help ID this Hawk?

I'm thinking Cooper's Hawk. The rather slim, banded tail looks right for a Cooper's. The top side of the bird looks too dark for a Goshawk, and I think I can see a hint of rufous on what little you can see of the underside.
