Regarding the accipiter photos, I would identify it as a juvenile female
Sharp-shinned Hawk. But I must admit that it threw me on the first photo.
Originally thought it might be a Cooper's but hoped to see another photo.
Luckily another appeared.
The bird is clearly too small to be a Goshawk and its feet are too thin and
delicate. Goshawks have feet like a Red-tail, really big and powerful.
It is also a juvenile as it is quite brown and the eye is yellow.
The rufous barring in the flanks cinches it as a Sharpy. Coopers seldom have
this feature.
The white eyestripe is what threw me. Although Sharpys have this line, I
have seldom seen one so pronounced.

FYI, Just ran this by Bill Clark to get a second opinion and he confirms.
