Took a drive this afternoon to Dash Point Dock, Browns Point and Marine View
Drive. I found four PIGEON GUILLEMOTS in winter plumage at the end of Dash
Point Dock, They were quite close in. A little further out was a single
RHINOCEROS AUKLET. At Browns Point I saw an additional 4 - 5 RHINOCEROS
AUKLETS and a single PIGEON GUILLEMOT in almost complete breeding plumage.
Last week I had a high count of 9 Pigeon Guillemots at Redondo.
Leaving Browns Point a had a MERLIN on afterburner zooming over the houses.

Good Birding!
