Hi Tweeters,

I'm visiting the area for the next few months while teaching at Evergreen. I would like to see some of the regional specialty birds while I'm in the area. High on my wishlist is a Yellow-billed Loon. Has anyone seen one on the Western end of the state recently? At my visit to the Mountain Plover last weekend (which was a great treat!) I was told that Point Wilson in Port Townsend can be a good spot for them.

Does anyone have any leads or tips they can offer?
