Additionally, there is a "revised edition" from 1973 and a "second revised edition" from 1974. The 1977 edition is the first one I know of published by Terry R. Wahl; it is called "1977 edition" on the title page. The first commercially available edition, from 1972, is identified as the "first edition" in the book itself. It and the 1973 and 1974 editions were published by the Whatcom Museum Press. I do not have a copy of the elusive 1971 version, which was a mimeographed handout at the AOU meeting in Seattle that year.
