I got this comment from Doug Pratt about Peter Fahey's comment about the
size of Nisqually egret:

Thanks, Ian, for sending Peter's local post to me. As a matter of fact, I
did look at the photo of the bird with the Great Blue, and given that the
egret is closer to the viewer and in full profile, perched on ground, and
the GB is further away, face-on, and wading, I'd say the egret is well
within size range for Intermediate Egret.
